I'm grateful for...

A weekend up at Loon Mountain celebrating a wedding of two special friends.
This picture was from the gondola ride up to the top of the mountain for the
ceremony. The weather was overcast, but you can still see the beautiful
fall foliage that was just starting to pop. Such a gorgeous view.

I'm grateful for...

This baby pineapple that we saw while grocery shopping today! It's SO
cute! We had never seen one before, so of course it came home with us!
Haven't cut into it yet- I'm just enjoying seeing it hanging out on the counter
in the kitchen! I guess I just love me some cute fruit! Haha!

I'm grateful for...

The long Labor Day weekend! My boyfriend surprised me with these beautiful yellow
roses. Totally unexpected and such a nice way to start off our weekend together.

We spent some time at a lake in New Hampshire. The water was nice
and warm, despite the cooler fall temperatures. We just had fun floating
in our inner tubes, relaxing, talking and laughing.

There are still two days left to enjoy, and I look forward to them!
I hope you're enjoying your labor day weekend!

I'm grateful for...

The remaining days of summer. I can tell that Fall is creeping up on us.
Living in New England, I am so lucky to experience the changes of seasons!
However, my heart aches as I see leaves here and there changing color,
or noticing the sun has been setting earlier. It's inevitable, and we have
to embrace it- each season brings its beauty and happiness. I will be
enjoying these last summer days as much as possible! I hope you will too!

I'm grateful for...

Apple Cider Vinegar! I pretty much use this stuff daily- there are so many
benefits! No surprise that when we realized our dog had a UTI today, researching
showed Apple Cider Vinegar is a cure. It can raise her PH level and help to
kill and clear the bad bacteria. We always look to natural remedies first (for "minor"
illness) because she has a seizure disorder and is super sensitive to pharmaceuticals.
I also gave her a crushed vitamin C supplement mixed with Coconut Oil.
Within a few hours, her trips outside to pee have been less frequent, and the
natural treatment seems to be working.

For now, she's just couching it- being super cute and getting her
beauty/ healing sleep. She's such a good girl, even when she's
not feeling well. Words can't express my love for her.

I'm grateful for...

This wreath! I had a creative BURST of energy today, haha! $5 in supplies from the
dollar store, sticks from my backyard, an hour and a half, and Voila!! I'm happy with
how it turned out for my first attempt! Definitely learned from some mistakes and
will be making more in the future. Feels good to be creative.

I'm grateful for...

Cotton Candy Grapes! Yes, grapes that are NonGMO and taste like cotton candy. They
are so deliciously sweet, you'd swear you were eating juicy cotton candy. Have you tried
these yet? I highly suggest! And, get it while you can! This is the first time I've been able
to find them since last year! Good think I took a picture when I did... this bag is going fast!

Raw, Organic Coconut Water from Waterhill Naturals. I've been drinking coconut water for a while now, and just recently learned how much better raw coconut water is for you as opposed to canned/ boxed water. Raw coconut water isn't from concentrate,  and isn't pasteurized/heated, which is a process that ultimately destroys most of the beneficial minerals and enzymes naturally in the water. I was drinking coconut water daily thinking I was consuming so many nutrients, but, because it was pasteurized, much of the goodness was lost when it was heated. A way to tell that it's raw/not heated? The water is pink!! Very thankful I learned this information and can pass it on!
